I’ve liked other things Colman has done, but this is a waste of time. Some really questionable and predictable script choices and, sorry, not great acting all around. And poor Colman is just plain wrong here. He’s not that kind of lead. It reminded me of when Tyler Perry tried to play Alex Cross. It’s just unbelievable. As the series dragged on and He always cracks me up and smells like a vanity project. His mouth hangs open in every scene when he "thinks" (and tell him he’s not comfortable and is busy acting "straight" in my opinion). Not everyone can become an action star. Skip this one.

For anyone who enjoys the cat-and-mouse games of espionage, The Agency is for you. It’s not the best spy series I’ve seen, but it’s definitely worth watching. Michael Fassbender is perfect for these roles, as is Jeffery Wright.
Add in Richard Gere and Katherine Waterston, and you have one of the most talented casts on TV. The show may start off slow for some, but stick with it because it picks up speed. It just takes time to build its world and characters, but if you don’t have the patience for slow, well-crafted shows, this isn’t for you. The Agency does a great job of showing the costs and sacrifices that this line of work requires.

The preview looked like a mishmash of a few different shows like Wayward Pines, Lost and a bit of Under the Dome. I expected it to have a vague plot seeing as it is produced by the same creators as Lost, but it has a solid plot and the characters are likeable.
